I really don’t know if there is any special order in building a house. We do not have a physical house yet, but we have our linens, our furniture, and now our bathroom fixtures. We were given an idea by one of the Lowes people, and we have run with it. She suggested a bowl instead of a sink atop an vanity type piece of furniture. I want you to keep an open mind as I try to describe this.
Imagine this (we are looking at this tomorrow so it might be some other piece of furniture), with a water safe finish, with this on top:

We have no idea about what other piece of furniture we will use for the second bathroom, but we will use the same style faucet and this vessel.
They have drains in them and everything. How clever is it?

That will look so good. I saw something similar on HGTV on night. They were talking about how to design a unique bathroom .

Hey. We have that same thing in our master bath. I LOVE it. It looks like furniture instead of a bathroom fixture. You’ll have to come over and visit it.
By the way, could you email me the recipe for your coconut yummy thing that I love? My mom is not liking sweets these days, but I think she would really dig that.
