We are insane!!

We could not leave him to starve could we? We are moving to the woods where we will have a private, fenced yard. No, you are correct, we are insane.

We went to visit Ann’s cousin’s new shop, a mix of crafts, gifts, and real estate. We were greeted by a puppy that had shown up on her porch two or three days ago. She could not keep it and was going to take it to the shelter. Nope, could not see this sweet puppy go to the shelter, so we took it. He is very sweet, and the dogs love him, especially Xena. We will call the vet tomorrow to get him checked out and vaccinated, and we are insane.

His name? His name is Brando, after Marlon Brando. Why? Because as the years go by, he will get bigger and bigger….get it ? hahahahaha We are insane AND clever!!

Brando’s first chew bone, and let me tell you, he knew what to do with it! I think this was someone’s dog at one time. He is so people friendly, and he knows treats.

Little Brando had a few ticks but no fleas. He was a bit dirty, so he got his first bath. He actually did not mind it.

We have no idea what his mix is, but he looks a bit like Xena did as a puppy. We will fill you in after we see the vet. I am guessing he will be a big dog because he is already heavy and has huge paws.
