We have locks!!!!

No, it is not such a big deal, but it is progress. I went out today and put on the back door lock and handle, and then I put a dead bolt on the front door. Only took me two and a half hours!!!  No kidding.  I had the hardest time with the handle, and that does not even have a lock with it. I finally got the screws lined up and screwed it together, only to find out I had the whole thing upside down.

I feel accomplished.  I purposely did not put the front door handle on.  Here is my logic. I bought an extra dead bolt, figuring I would have to leave a key for the people who would need to get in to work. That means a key could float around for a very long time. So, I put on the extra dead bolt, and when everything is finished, I will take it off and put on the real one, with fancy handle. I thought it was a good idea.
