Each week a little more…..

I need to take a picture of the finished floor, but right now it is covered with boxes. We got rid of the pod!!! That was a great boost in the tiring job of unpacking. We have the living room set up, area rug and all. The chairs we bought are huge recliners. They would easily fit two small humans, but I think they were made for one adult and a dog. The dogs have read that somewhere, because they do like the chairs too.

We got a driveway finally. It is just road bond right now, but we do not have to go into a panic when the weather report calls for rain. It looks good too. He said that after the first rain it will look like a graveled driveway. That temporary pole reminds me I need to call the electrician, again, to come get it.

Another thing that happened this week is that the birds have arrived. It took them two weeks to realize the food was there and, I am thrilled. I have recognized the chickadees, but the others I don’t know.
