At least in the bathroom. Our new bathroom is finished, sort of. We can use it. We can decorate it. We have to paint, hang the hardware, put up the trim, and put on a door, but we have a bathroom. We love it!!! All the things that have to be done are simple things; the hard part is over.
Please note that we really do have a “throne” due to the size of the joists ( Is that the correct word?) We do not have a ceiling, on purpose. We are going to line the rim of the bathroom with plants. Clever huh?

well, i for one am glad the damn hammering is over. It was getting on my last nerve. What i can’t figure out is how you actually got a bathroom in less than a week. We started with a bathroom (all the pipes were there) and didn’t get it finished for over a month. Maybe your contractors aren’t all so bad!

The paint is yet to be decided. The pipes were fed up to that room already. They just had to take the floor off and whittle away the joists. haha and the week felt like a month.
