One more reason I love the south….

We ordered a few things recently, including a new denim duvet to replace the one we lost in the move. This was on our door when we got home from work; the package was sitting safely on the driver’s seat in the truck! I just get a kick out of the fact that not only did the post person think to do that, but also that it is an option. Only in the south.

We are having a problem with water; it is pooling too close to the house. This means that the grader we paid did not do the job he was suppose to do. So, we have to have this done before we can continue with the front porch. If we do not, then we will have major foundation problems down the road.

It is always something.

Oh, about fifteen minutes after we had the new denim duvet washed and dried, we opened the bag holding the down comforter. Lo and behold…..there was the old denim duvet. Duh!
