Sunday….cold Sunday

It is only 40 degrees right now at Possum Manor. We have put towels in the planter boxes and brought in the not yet planted azaleas. That is all we right now, and we are suppose to get not only a freeze tonight, but some snow. Geesh, it was 80 degrees Friday!

Before I put the new photos up, I am putting up the video I made of the house at the end of the year. It did not make the change when I updated the blog, and my brother wanted to see the video. So now that I can actually put it in my blog and not just the link, I shall.

Today I spread lime on the front lawn, and then I fertilized it. It is really growing. In the lawn’s honor, I went to Sonic and had a diet limeade.

We finally got our new door put up. It is unfinished and will be stained like the rest of the house. I think it makes the front of the house look so good.

The front of the house still looks unfinished…because it is. Wait for a couple of weeks until the porch is finished and the shrubs are in.

Speaking of landscaping…This is a photo of what we think will be our design. Closest to the house will be stone. Then there will be grass. Over the septic will be stone and our fire pit. Then an area for the truck.
