We got a dusting of snow last night…second time this season. What does that say for the winter? Dave and Deb (my brother and sister-in-law) left this morning. Dave finished the counter just before he left. It is beautiful, but I do feel a bit badly about him working so hard while he was here. Last night we went to see “Changeling” and then went to our favorite Mexican restaurant. Had a good time with them. Friday was Deb’s birthday, so we went to The Bistro in downtown Asheville for dinner. I have to say it was probably the best restaurant meal I have had in Asheville. The butternut brie soup was to die for!!!!
Ann stayed in the hot tub longer than I did this morning. It was really the first time we had been in it with snow on the ground.
I got a new sign for the gate!
There was even snow on the roof of the bird feeder today! Winter is coming!! Or it is here!
I MISS THE HOT TUB!!!! Glad you had a good visit with your brother and sister in-law.
ok…here’s my vote:
in spite of the insensitivity of those bloggers who couldn’t list you i was personally really enjoying the daily blogs. My vote, therefore, is that you find some other way to protest their lack of manners or appreciation and continue to blog daily for those of us who DO appreciate you!
