Our shed is great!!! It has water and electricity. I think it should be a guest house.

Running water and a light. Oh also, there is a space heater to thaw the water when you forget to shut it off at the house in the below freezing weather.
There are a couple of ladders if you want to climb.

you’re right, it’s gorgeous. You’ll have a world of fun building in shelves and storage solutions. And once you’ve added the carpets and furniture i’ll make my reservations. My blood is thinnish though from tropical living, and that heater looks small, so you can take your time carpeting- i can’t imagine it’ll be warm enough for me till maybe june…
