I am so into my rugs lately. The first one does not count because I just did not understand adding stitches. The poor thing became a seat cover. However, I have finished two since then, and I am pretty proud of them.
The colors are actually a little bit different in photos.
This one is for my brother and sister-in-law’s cottage. She wanted dark green, with a bit of light green and a touch of burgandy.
This next one is really pretty. I think it is for my sister, but I don’t know if it is in her colors. I forget. Very interesting how when you put a rug down to take a photo, the dogs have to claim it/
RD had to investigate. Brando had to actually rest on it.
I have started the next one….It is blue.
I LOVE how the design in the green one is asymmetrical! The pink is lovely too. Hard to tell what the navy one will turn out like…will you add any other colors to it? jan
Oddly enough, there is no pink in that one rug. It is rust, burgundy stripe, multi stripe, and red apples. The camera did not do it justice.
I have two different blue patterns to add to the blue. I thought I would start out with a large blue circle.
the rugs are very pretty!! I’m interested to see the blue one finished since that is my favorite color.
