I cannot help myself; I think the chickens are the funniest things. The other night when I went to close the coop door (They go inside themselves when it starts to get dark.), I went inside. Cecil pecked at my feet, as if that was going to do anything. He is a good rooster, and he takes care of his girls the best he can. I actually stood inside and petted the chickens. They are so tame that they let you pet them. They are nasty dirty though, ick. I expected nice clean feathers. Nope. Those stupid chickens even poop on each other. Little Bean has decided to sit on eggs, so we keep one marked and take all the others each day. I just lifted her up, took the eggs, and put her back. No problem.
Carrie is staying. I do not know if I mentioned that. She changed her mind about Oklahoma, and I am glad. But, since I have already ordered the coop for here, I am still going to take the Silkies to Possum Manor, all but Cecil. He can stay with the big girls. He has a real favorite too, and she has a bald patch on her back. Goldie, Big Bean, and Little Bean are coming here. I am looking forward to it.
Brando did not throw up on my on the way home.
Please ignore the clutter around the chicken house. We are in transition.

Aww, no joining our girls up here eh? We’ll, I’m glad they will be able to stay at their home. We’re still building a new palace if they should ever need a new home!

Glad Carrie is staying…..and that is so funny how the girls run out like they are all in a parade.
