We had pumpkin pie for breakfast this morning, but if we were at Becky’s we would have had coconut cake. She sent me the pictures, and I will put them here. Warning, you will drool.
It has that cooked frosting; oh my I want some now.

And it’s all gone now. It was a big hit!
Okay, (Becky, forgive me for this) as the blog was coming up on my screen, i saw “pumpkin pie for breakfast” and i saw this sort of hairy white thing emerging, and i asked myself what the hell they did to that pie. I mean my refrigerator occasionally produces some really weird looking hairy stuff, but it’s never been white, and it’s never been quite that quick…
It scared me for a minute, it really really did.
Pumkin pie for breakfast is the BEST!!
but oh my god, Becky, that cake looks DELICIOUS and yes I am drooling looking at the pictures!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Now I have to say that white ball mound cake looks wonderful! Fluffy…
Kathie, uh, u could have sent me a piece u kow… dry ice overnight. Wait, it would have been cheaper for Becky to have just made me a whole one…
U girls can cook and…. well the list goes on.
My sister was just in Asheville, to visit her grandchildren. They ate at the grove park inn. Said the food was wonderful, and I was like, uh yea…
Pam: The funny thing is….I thought almost the exact same thing when I first saw it…and I sent Kathie the picture! LMAO
Gena: I don’t think this cake could be shipped. It would get thrown around in the box and you would end up with marshmallowy coconut crumbs. It is a delight that must be eaten fresh!!
