Continuing with my promise

I am trying to post more often.  I found this very short video on Facebook.  First watch it, and then watch it again.

It is suppose to rain all weekend, but I do not care. Oh, Ann’s birthday is tomorrow (Saturday), but she got her gift a week ago. I will make her a nice dinner, and we will go out to celebrate on Monday when she has off.  She wants to go to Red Lobster for dinner. She loves Red Lobster.

Rumors are that South Carolina strawberries are coming in. I cannot wait. I will eat them until I am sick and my fingers are red. Then I will make gallons of strawberry syrup. It was sooooo good to have last winter. We had it on pancakes, but it was best on ice cream. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

i do not like strawberries, but Patti’s face just lit up like a christmas tree when i told her it was strawberry syrup season. I think she put that syrup on everything imaginable.

little old ladies scare me. Not so long ago some little old lady stopped me in the grocery store and yelled at me because i did not have a sweater on and SHE was cold.

the worst thing about florida is that these old folks cannot see, they cannot hear, they have freaking palsy, and all the stores give them electric carts to drive around the stores.

That video is so funny. I heard that the price of strawberries is low this year because there are so many on the market. I have brought some for around 1.75 a pound. But they were not as good as there are when in season here. Remember your diet when doing the strawberries. lol

    Keep the postings coming!

Dianna, It is NOT hysterical when you are short, overweight, have bad knees and are aging yourself to have to vault into the dairy case at the grocery store to avoid being flattened by a senior citizen on a little golf cart.

    Just sayin.

You forgot to mention that not only can’t they see and hear; they have driver’s licenses! That is scary!

Happy Birthday Ann! Have a great day and enjoy Red Lobster!

    Pam,
vault into the dairy case at the grocery store to avoid being flattened by a senior citizen on a little golf cart. This visualization I just saw in my head from this is just too DAMN funny. Sorry, but it is funny and even funnier when you tell it. Just sayin ;~)
